HaulerPro Launches HaulerPro Dispatch for Independent Trucking Dispatch Services

The Mississippi trucking software company has also lowered the starting price of its carrier platform to $59 a month for one to two users.

The new product gives independent dispatch services one place to work loads for every carrier they dispatch for. Alongside the launch, HaulerPro has lowered the starting price of its carrier platform to $59 a month for one to two users.

With HaulerPro Dispatch, a dispatch service signs up once, invites or accepts the carriers it works with, and switches between them inside one app. Each carrier stays its own company in HaulerPro. The carrier’s owner claims the account and keeps the company’s records, so dispatcher and carrier work side by side, and the carrier’s history stays with it if it ever changes dispatch services.

HaulerPro Dispatch is priced per carrier: $59 per month for each carrier, including two of that carrier’s users, plus $29 per month for each additional user. The plan covers each carrier’s HaulerPro account, so dispatcher and carrier are on the same system from day one. Dispatch services can try HaulerPro Dispatch free for 14 days with up to 10 carriers, with no credit card required and no DOT or MC number needed to sign up.

For carriers running their own operation, the Basic plan is now $59 per month for one to two users, with $29 per month for each added user. Starter is $95 per month for up to five users, with $29 per month for each user from six to 10, and Growth is $250 per month for 11 to 15 users. HaulerPro automatically bills whichever option is cheaper for the carrier’s user count, and every plan includes every feature.

HaulerPro covers every step of a load in one platform. Carriers and dispatchers can search loads from connected 123Loadboard and FreightLink Solutions accounts inside HaulerPro, dispatch the load to a driver, and follow it from Pending through Dispatched, En route and Delivered. Drivers work from a mobile driver portal, and AI document scanning reads rate confirmations and receipts. When the load delivers, the invoice goes out with proof of delivery automatically attached, and carriers can submit it to RapidFire Pay for factoring directly from HaulerPro.

Everything around the load is included too: expense tracking, driver settlements, maintenance tracking, a profitability dashboard, and reporting with CSV exports. HaulerPro also captures per-jurisdiction mileage across the 48 contiguous states and produces a mileage and fuel summary carriers can use when filing their quarterly IFTA return.
